Why can't I process my order? I have entered all of my information and it's correct.
We understand how frustrating this can be; however, this can have a quick fix. Let's first try doing the following: clear your cache from your browser and make sure it has cookies and JavaScript enabled, then try again.
Should it still not work, use a different browser. If you're using Google Chrome, then please try using Mozilla Firefox or Safari instead.
You also need to make sure all of your card information is correct and you use your billing address associated with the card.
If all of these tips do not work you can always call us at 888-205-3870 and place an order over the phone with one of our representatives.
Do I Qualify for a Refund?
As long as you are within the 60 days of the date of purchase you qualify for our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, no questions asked. You may process a refund for your orders in the refund portal below:
https://secure.mypaleorecipe.com/order/portal/refund-1.php
If you have any issues processing your refund it is most likely because your book is still in transit. Refunds cannot be processed while a book is in transit, so we ask that you wait until your book arrives at your home, write "return to sender" on the package, and then place it back in your mailbox. Once we receive the book a full refund will be processed back into your bank account.
Please note: Our refund process for our Shinzo Knife, Shinzo Knife Set, Steak Knife Set, Knife Honer, and Everything Air Fryer (hard cover) cookbook does differ from our paperback cookbooks. These items MUST be returned for a refund and within the 60 days after purchasing.
If you have issues with our refund portal feel free to reach out to us at support@paleohacks.com and we will further assist you.
When will my book arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, your copy will be shipped out in 48 hours. It normally takes about 7-10 business days to arrive.
Is everything really covered by a 60-day money back guarantee?
Yes.
If you’re unsatisfied with anything, feel free to send us an email within 60 days and we’ll refund you 100% of your money.
That means there’s ZERO risk for you to purchase from Paleohacks! It’s our way of saying thank you for giving us a try.
Post Order Questions
Did my order get processed?
If your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from Clickbank or PaleoHacks which contains the download link for your cookbook(s) and your order number. Occasionally, this email can be filtered into your spam folder, so please check there as well.
If you are still uncertain and you cannot find an order confirmation email, you can always email us at support@paleohacks.com
I have ordered several cookbooks but only received one, where are the other ones?
If you have purchased several cookbooks, but only received one it is most likely purchased some of our digital book bundles. If you are uncertain if your purchase was digital or physical you can always contact us at support@paleohacks.com
You can always use the link below to access your ebooks, all you will need to provide is your pertinent information associated with your order.
When will I get my cookbook?
Due to increased order volume, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working to get your order as quickly as possible.
Our current estimate is that your order will ship within 2 business days from the order date. We will email you as soon as items in your order ship. Please allow for longer arrival times post-shipment, due to carrier delays. USA orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days, international orders can take up to 30 business days.
Please look out for the tracking email and let us know if you need further assistance.
Should you require further assistance, please email us at support@paleohacks.com
I have ordered a book but Paypal / Clickbank prompted me to accept recurring payments. I thought it was only a one-time payment?
We do not have any recurring payments to any of our books. The only recurring payment product we offer is our Recipe Club subscription. It might be that PayPal is just asking if you want to use your PayPal account as your default payment option of choice if you were to reorder from us or from any other company that also uses PayPal/Clickbank as their payment system.
Also, you might have purchased a recurring billing product from a different company (not PaleoHacks). Be aware that we have no influence over other people’s products and payment processes.
Should I Contact PaleoHacks or My Bank for a Refund?
It is important to know- a chargeback is not a refund! You can most certainly contact your bank to stop a payment or contest a charge, however this is a long and tedious process with a possible disappointing outcome.
When you call your bank to contest a charge on your account it can sometimes take longer for you to receive your money back. When you contact us for a refund it will only take 3-5 business days. If you already have the book, then you also get to keep the book!
Another issue with processing a chargeback through your bank is that you may never receive the funds. It is possible to lose a chargeback due to insufficient documents or the fact that you did indeed place the order through us and it was not a fraudulent activity. If you contact us for a refund, as long as it is within the 60 days of purchase, you will receive all your funds, no questions asked. No need to file paperwork or even make a phone call. Just email us at support@paleohacks.com and we will take care of you!
Where is my Book?
It generally takes two business days for us to process your order and then ship your book to you. Once it has shipped you will have received a tracking number sent to your email. You can go to the postal service's website and use the tracking number to find the exact location of your book.
If you did not receive a tracking notification for your order it is most likely one of our digital book sets. You can always confirm this by going to our download portal:

If there has been a long delay in the arrival of your books there is a possibility of it being lost in transit. Please contact us at support@paleohacks.com for further assistance.
Shinzo Knife Care Instructions
Keeping your Shinzo knife in perfect condition requires certain care tips that you will need to follow. Below you will find five care tips that will help your knife last a lifetime.
Before you use them for the first time, go ahead and wash your knives in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. We don’t recommend sharpening them for the first 6-12 months.
After 6-12 months, we recommend sharpening your knife every 5-7 uses to keep the blade razor sharp. This keeps cutting and chopping fast, easy, and safe.
Your cutting board should be smooth and easy to clean and should also have a little bit of “give” for your knife. Try to avoid anything hard like marble, glass, ceramic, china, tile, granite, stainless steel (or other metal), porcelain, or laminate. These cutting boards can accelerate how fast your knife dulls. That’s why we recommend wood or bamboo cutting boards for a longer lasting knife.
Whatever you do - do NOT put your knives in the dishwasher. The heat and detergent are really bad for it. Also, do not use any scour pads - they can scrape and damage your knife. For best results, hand wash your knives with soap and water, then dry immediately.
No metal is completely stainless - take care of your knives by not allowing acidic foods, such as tomatoes, lemons, or mustard, to stay on the knife. Rinse and dry immediately. Try not to cut through bone or use knives to poke, pry, or separate frozen foods. If you see a stain, use a non-abrasive sponge to gently scrub a 1:1 mixture of white vinegar and water on it.
Shinzo Knife Techniques
Ever wonder how pro chefs chop vegetables so fast? It’s all about your technique. Below you will find directions on how to use the “claw technique” pro chefs use to chop safely, quickly, and efficiently.
Step 1: Hold The Knife Properly
Grip the knife with your dominant hand.
Your index finger and thumb should be just in front of the thick part of the blade where the handle starts. This will give you more control of the blade as you chop.
Your index finger and thumb should look like they’re pinching the sides of the blade.
Step 2: Make A CLAW With Your Other Hand!
With your other hand, make a claw to hold your food.
Use this hand to hold the food steady.
To prevent the knife from cutting you, curve your fingertips in towards your palm, so your hand forms a claw.
Set your claw hand on the food so it can’t move or slide.
Tuck your thumb into your hand - this way, your knife should just bump against your knuckles instead of going anywhere near your fingertips.
This might not feel natural the first time, but it’s the best way to prevent accidents.
Step 3: Tap Or Rock
We recommend two methods for cutting…
You can tap your knife straight up and down.
Or you can rock your knife back and forth.
If you’re mincing fresh herbs or small items like garlic, you can gather the food together and rock chop across the pile.
Give this method a try, and soon you’ll be chopping like a pro in no time!
